Licensing Policy

CozyThemes WordPress plugins and themes are released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later.

Product Compatibility

The products are developed to be compatible with the latest version of WordPress because we always strive to stay up-to-date with the latest version of WordPress. You might experience certain performance or functionality glitches with the Products if you use any version prior to that.

Delivery

Your purchased product(s) information will be emailed to the email address (that you will provide) once we receive your payment. Even though this usually takes a few minutes, it may also take up to 24 hours. You can contact us through our contact page if you do not receive your email after waiting for this time period.

Updates

One Click updates are available to license holders who have an active and valid subscription and license key. Updates are available as long as the license key generated from the purchase is valid and active. Updates are available for a lifetime.

Browser Compatibility

We consider it our duty to offer a great experience across major browsers, which is why our products support the latest modern web browsers, including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome & Microsoft Edge. However, the performance may vary between different browsers, versions, and operating systems.

Ownership

All products are the property of CozyThemes, a brand under Untapwp, and you may not claim ownership (intellectual or exclusive) over any of our products, whether modified or unmodified. Our products are provided ‘as is,’ without any kind of warranty, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall our legal entity be held responsible for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or other losses arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Email

CozyThemes may occasionally send you emails related to the purchase of product(s) from our company. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to CozyThemes updates and promotions. We will never sell or release your email to any third-party vendors. You may opt out of these emails at any time without penalty.

Price Changes

CozyThemes reserves the right to modify or suspend (temporarily or permanently) a subscription at any point of time and from time to time with or without any notice.

Refund Policy

Our products are features-rich, highly professional and super powerful as they are built with a lot of love and hard work. Besides, we have a dedicated support team as a standby backing to help our customers instantly through support forums, email or online chat.

We do not have a refund policy. However, if you found our product (that you purchased) completely unusable even after support from our team, you can claim a refund. The refund will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it.
  • You simply change your mind after downloading it.
  • The item did not meet your expectations as documented and described in product details.
  • You bought an item by mistake.
