If you have a Pro subscription, a free user question, or a pre-sale question, we’re here to help! Our dedicated team is available to assist you with any issues or questions you may have.
- Live Chat: You can contact us through the live chat widget on our website. If you don’t get an immediate response, please be sure to leave your email address. We can only follow up with you via email, so leaving your contact information is essential for us to get back to you.

- Sales Questions: For any pre-sale questions, please email sales@cozythemes.com.
- Contact Form: If you have our Cozy Blocks plugin installed, you can submit your questions and feedback directly through the contact form located in your WordPress admin dashboard under Cozy Blocks > Contact Us. You can also use the contact form available on this page.
- WordPress.org Support Forum: For questions about the free versions of our themes and plugins, you can also post in the respective support forums on WordPress.org.

Note: Support is provided for plugin/theme bugs, feature questions, and general usage. It does not cover third-party plugin conflicts or custom coding.
Working Hours and Priority
Our dedicated support team is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Nepal Time, GMT+5:45) / 3:15 AM to 1:15 PM (UTC).
Live Chat & Email Support: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during our working hours. If you reach out to us outside this timeframe, we’ll get back to you as soon as our support team is available again.
We prioritize support inquiries based on user type to ensure our paying customers receive the fastest service:

What Our Support Covers
We are happy to help with any issues related to setting up and configuring our themes and plugins. If a fix requires it, we may ask for temporary administrator access to your site to resolve the issue directly.
Please note that we do not offer customization support for either Pro or free users.
Bug Fixes
We are committed to providing a seamless user experience. We address bugs as a top priority and release fixes for our themes and plugins as quickly as possible.
