If you find our product unusable, despite our team’s best efforts to support you, you can request a refund at sales@cozythemes.com or via Freemius Dashboard. Please note that all refunds will be issued after deducting gateway charges.

Situations Where Refunds Are Not Considered:

  • You simply changed your mind.
  • You accidentally purchased the wrong item.​
  • You didn’t give us a chance to resolve the technical issue and directly requested a refund.
  • We cannot grant refunds on certain purchases and upgrades, such as setup services and customization.

Important Information About Auto-Renewals:

Our product licenses are sold as automatically renewing subscriptions, which renew either annually or monthly on the anniversary of your purchase date.

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the license term unless you cancel the subscription prior to the renewal date.

Should you forget to cancel, we’re happy to provide a refund within 30 days of the renewal payment, after deducting gateway charges. Refunds cannot be issued after this period.
